Caroline Lewittes

Lumina Consulting — Founder

Lumina Consulting's founder, Caroline Gould Lewittes, began her career in consumer public relations (PR) in New York City, then migrated to a full-service PR, Advertising and Marketing firm where she honed her skills in all aspects of the communications process.

After moving to South Florida in 2013, Caroline pivoted to private equity, spearheading investor and public relations for a real estate private equity manager. Caroline applied her marketing toolkit to the private equity world, building and implementing a marketing and visibility program that helped lead to significant commitments by some of the world's largest investors. She also helped to build an institutional real estate fundraising arm, creating thorough due diligence processes and procedures, robust investor communications and compelling LP conferences.
Caroline has also served in the same capacity at a retail investor-focused firm, where she was able to introduce institutional-level practices to a clientele of high net worth, family office and registered investor advisor channels. She was also responsible for collateral development, marketing processes and sales of individual investments via the firm's special purpose entities.
Caroline has consulted with real assets clients in a similar capacity, conducting complete audits and overhauls of marketing materials, investor reporting, strategy and more.
